“A DIY project that went completely off the rails.” – is how Hendrike Grubert describes her company PonyHütchen. After studying law, she worked for several years in law companies in Germany and Switzerland before deciding to devote herself fully to her passion – natural cosmetics. What began as a hobby alongside an office job and with two small children quickly developed into a unique success story and can now be found in countless bathrooms across Europe.
Lisa Hartmann COO @ BRAINEFFECT
As COO, Lisa Hartmann has been in charge of BRAINEFFECT’s Operations Department since May 2023 and works with her team every day to make the topic of mental wellbeing accessible to everyone. With their products, they are creating a new category – “Mind Nutrition”. She joined BRAINEFFECT 7 years ago as one of the first employees for the brand launch and has since actively accompanied the company in various growth phases.
